How NAWAH™ Works

The full picture before you commit.

NAWAH™ is built to be your operational manager — but to use it well, you should understand how its memory works, how you keep it current, and what each plan unlocks. Read this before booking a call. You’ll have better questions and we’ll have a faster conversation.

NAWAH™ Has Two Kinds of Memory

Understanding this is the difference between using NAWAH™ well and getting frustrated with it.

Temporary Memory (in-chat)

Anything you tell NAWAH™ during a chat — a quote you got, a question about a specific situation, a document you upload mid-conversation — stays in that chat. NAWAH™ uses it to help you in that conversation, then it’s gone.

This is what you want for one-off discussions.

You upload a supplier quotation and ask “what do you think of this price?” You go back and forth, NAWAH™ helps you analyze it, you make your decision. Tomorrow you start a new chat about something else — you don’t want NAWAH™ remembering that random quote forever. Temporary memory keeps things clean.
Permanent Memory (the brain)

Permanent memory is what NAWAH™ knows about your business at all times — across every chat, every user, every device. Your menu, your staff, your suppliers, your brand voice, your SOPs, your operational rules. The information that makes NAWAH™ specifically YOUR operational manager and not a generic AI.

This is what gets built during onboarding (BCMC handles it from the materials you send us) and updated over time (you handle it via folders — see below).

Why This Matters

If you tell NAWAH™ in a chat “we changed the price of African Burger to 52 SAR,” NAWAH™ remembers that for the rest of THAT chat. But when you open a new chat tomorrow, NAWAH™ goes back to the price stored in permanent memory. To make NAWAH™ permanently know the new price, you update permanent memory through your folders. Read on.

Folders Keep NAWAH™’s Brain Up to Date

Self-update folders connect Google Drive folders directly to NAWAH™. Drop a file or edit one, and within minutes NAWAH™’s permanent memory updates. No requests, no waiting, no training. All you need is a Gmail account.

Each folder holds one specific category. NAWAH™ knows what to look for in each.

General Update Folder
For general business updates. Anything non-financial that changes about how your business runs.

Real examples of what to put in your Updates folder:

You changed the price of African Burger to 52 SAR.
Open a Word doc, type: “New price of African Burger is 52 SAR.” Save. Drop it in your General Update folder. Within minutes, when anyone asks NAWAH™ about that burger’s price, the answer is 52.
Ahmed resigned on 12 January.
Open a Word doc, type: “Staff member Ahmed Al-Saudi resigned on 12 January 2026 and no longer works for us.” Save. Drop in General Update folder. NAWAH™ stops including Ahmed in rosters and removes him from staff queries.
You’re closed for renovation Feb 1-3.
Type: “Khalidiyah branch closed for renovation from 1 February to 3 February 2026.” Drop in. NAWAH™ knows.
Issued a warning letter to Mahmoud.
Drop the warning letter document directly in General Update folder. NAWAH™ now knows Mahmoud has a warning on record. If you issue another later, NAWAH™ can tell you it’s the second warning and reference both.
New marketing campaign or social media direction.
Type your new campaign brief or new tone-of-voice direction. Drop in. NAWAH™ uses the new direction when writing posts for you.
Sales Update Folder
Pro plan by default. Standard plan as an add-on.

Tracks your daily sales numbers so you can ask NAWAH™ about your sales performance anytime — without calling your accountant or pulling up a spreadsheet.

Real examples of what NAWAH™ can answer when your Sales folder is current:

  • How much was our sales yesterday?
  • How much sales did we make from HungerStation 3 days ago?
  • Compare Keeta and HungerStation sales from last month.
  • What was our highest sales day this month?
  • How does our POS revenue compare to delivery app revenue this quarter?
  • Are Friday sales trending up or down compared to 3 months ago?

You drop sales reports, daily POS exports, delivery app dashboards, or simple Excel sheets. BCMC will provide a pre-built sales tracker template if you’d like — daily rows, monthly summaries, ready to use.

Expenses Update Folder
Pro plan by default. Standard plan as an add-on.

Tracks your outgoing costs — purchases, supplier invoices, utility bills, government fees, fines, salaries — so you can see where money is going without digging through receipts.

Real examples of what NAWAH™ can answer when your Expenses folder is current:

  • How many times did we order from Bin Zagr last month?
  • How much did we pay on burger buns last week?
  • What was our total expense for January 2026?
  • Which supplier are we spending the most with?
  • Did our utility bills go up compared to last quarter?
  • How much did we pay in Baladiya fines this year?

You drop invoices, receipts, expense sheets, supplier statements. BCMC will provide a pre-built expense tracker template if you’d like.

Additional folder categories available on request. If your business has another category that should live in permanent memory (Marketing performance, Customer Feedback, HR Records as a separate stream, etc.), BCMC can add it as a custom folder.

Updating NAWAH™ Is As Easy As Using Google Drive

If you can use Google Drive, you can update NAWAH™.

File types NAWAH™ reads from your folders:

Folders accept Excel, Word, Google Docs, images, and PDFs.

(BCMC will advise on what’s best for what during onboarding and can provide templates.)

The process:

  1. You receive shared Google Drive folders during onboarding.
  2. You drop a file in (or edit an existing file).
  3. Within 1–3 minutes, NAWAH™’s permanent memory is updated.
  4. The update happens silently. You only get an email if something is wrong — if the file is taking longer than 10 minutes, fails to upload, or is rejected (with the reason).

Do’s and Don’ts

✓ You can:
  • Add new files anytime
  • Edit existing Word, text, or Google Docs (changes sync automatically)
  • Delete files (they leave NAWAH™’s memory permanently — keep your own backups outside the folder)
× You should NOT:
  • Rename the folders themselves (this breaks the connection)
  • Delete the folders
  • Move folders out of “Shared with me”

When NAWAH™ Needs to Look Outside Your Business

Standard and Pro plans include the ability for NAWAH™ to search the internet when relevant — supplier prices today, fresh news affecting your industry, a competitor’s recent move, current regulations that just changed.

You toggle it on for a specific question when you want it. Each plan has a monthly limit.

When your monthly cap is reached, NAWAH continues to function normally on its massive general knowledge and personalized built-in knowledge — only the live internet lookup pauses until the next billing cycle.

What about Saudi labor law and Baladiya rules?

Those are NEVER pulled from the internet. NAWAH™ has the verified official files built in. Internet search is for everything OTHER than legal compliance — current market info, news, fresh data points.

How Many Questions You Can Ask

All three plans include all three response modes (Lite, Plus, Think). What changes between plans is how many questions per month you get on each mode.

Lite mode

Effectively unlimited on every plan. Use it freely.

Plus mode

  • Basic: small monthly allowance
  • Standard: generous monthly allowance
  • Pro: unlimited

Think mode

  • Basic: very small monthly allowance (occasional use)
  • Standard: modest monthly allowance
  • Pro: highest monthly allowance

We’re not publishing exact numbers because they’re calibrated to your specific setup and may adjust over time. During the call we’ll confirm the exact allowances for your plan and your business.

How the Plans Differ in Practice

NAWAH™ Basic
Designed for: A single small operator who wants instant answers to operational and legal questions and doesn’t need NAWAH™’s memory to update frequently.

What you get:

  • 1 branch, 1 user
  • All 3 response modes (Lite, Plus, Think) at conservative monthly allowances
  • No internet search
  • No self-update folders — all permanent memory updates handled by BCMC on request, with a 2-week turnaround
  • Email support, 5 business day response

What your NAWAH knows at this tier

We build your NAWAH with the operational essentials:

  • Your menu (items and prices)
  • Your staff (names, roles, branch assignments)
  • Your operating hours and payment methods
  • Your suppliers (who supplies what)
  • Saudi labor law and Baladiya regulations (always included on every tier)

Best fit if:

  • Your menu doesn’t change often
  • Your staff list is stable
  • Your operations don’t shift weekly
  • You want NAWAH™ as a knowledge tool, not a daily-updating system

If you change something about your business, NAWAH™ won’t know until BCMC updates it for you. If you’d rather update NAWAH™ yourself as things change, that’s what Standard is for.

Move Between Plans Anytime

Upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. You pay only the personalisation and setup fee difference (no rebuild). Existing setup stays intact — only the configuration changes.

Upgrades activate immediately.

Downgrades kick in at the next billing cycle. If folders are removed, BCMC will work with you on transitioning any data you want to keep.
